Dr. Foudy is In-Network participating providers with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna Dental and Delta Dental. As a courtesy to our patients, we send out services completed in our office to most other insurance companies, where we would be considered Out-of-Network providers. We also accept patients who do not have any dental insurance.
Pre-treatment estimates are available upon request to be sent to your insurance companie prior to services being completed.
